translators-fusion.com® is a translation company founded in 1997 by Hanns Schiefele, providing translation services to large, small, and medium-sized enterprises. Our pool of 3,576 qualified translators worldwide (as of 10/27/2026) ensures that the best-suited translator is assigned to every specialist text and language. Every year, up to 20,000 translation projects are successfully completed.

Our Approach – MAHT

We combine AI-assisted translation processes with the expertise of trained and experienced translators: Machine-Aided Human Translation (MAHT).
AI supports the human translator by providing pre-translations, Translation Memory matches, terminology, and QA checks. The translator makes the decisions, corrects the output, and determines the final result of the translation process.
It is precisely this approach that guarantees error-free, professional translations.
MAHT lies between fully automated translation (FAT) and traditional human translation (HT).
Every translation goes through a structured workflow that ensures terminological consistency, regulatory compliance, and technical accuracy. Our focus is on the industrial, energy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and legal sectors.

All translators working for translators-fusion.com® have completed professional translator training or a university degree and work exclusively on texts within their specific field of expertise.
Transparency Instead of Low-Cost Providers
Upon request, we inform our customers which specific translator has been assigned to their project, including their education, qualifications, and experience.
We do not provide inaccurate, low-cost machine translations because we integrate state-of-the-art AI into the human translation process (MAHT = Machine-Aided Human Translation).

Since 2006, the monitoring tool developed by translators-fusion.com®, ContinuousQualifying© (CQ), has recorded all translator activities as well as the evaluation results of their translations. With GlossaryQualityControl© (GQC) 4.0, terminology matches between texts and customer glossaries are automatically identified, ensuring that the approved terminology is used throughout the translation process. Translators add terms to the glossaries, and customers approve these additions – keeping terminology consistent and ensuring consistently high-quality translations.

Data Security & Efficiency
Proprietary Software – Proprietary Infrastructure
The development team at translators-fusion.com® reduces our reliance on external software providers and ensures the security of our clients’ data. Our proprietary software and online portal automate repetitive processes, enabling our project coordinators in Bad Reichenhall to focus more closely on quality assurance and maintaining personal contact with our clients.
Servers Located in Germany and Proprietary Hardware
All servers are located in Germany and are company-owned. A fiber-optic connection links the servers directly to the Internet backbone via DE-CIX Frankfurt–Istanbul.
Protection in the event of a loss
translators-fusion.com® delivers error-free translations. In the unlikely event of a claim, the following insurance coverage is in place:
  • Professional indemnity insurance for financial losses: €200,000
  • Professional liability insurance for personal injury and property damage: €3,000,000
This provides our clients with comprehensive protection.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
Secure Data Transmission
Confidential texts are handled exclusively by translators who are contractually bound to confidentiality in writing. Files are exchanged via the company’s own web portal using 4096-bit encryption (HTTPS).
tf Portal – Secure Client Environment
Customers have password-protected access to:

  • Orders from the past 10 years
  • Customer data
  • Glossaries
  • Invoices
Access permissions are hierarchical and can be adapted to the structures of large organizations: Administrator, Moderator, Standard User.
