The high usage rate requires a new dedicated Internet line |

Up to 50 customers and translators access our Internet portal at the same time, downloading or uploading files.
In order not to jeopardise the acceptance of our portal, since 23/07/2010 we have been using a new dedicated Internet line from German Telekom with double bandwidth. |

School project in Karakoram: for a better future |

We make it possible for children Manzoor und Hamid to attend school.
Without the relatively low level of financial assistance that we are able to provide, these two boys, like many other children from the valleys in Karakoram, would be unable to go to school.
German extreme climber, Barbara Hirschbichler, will give the money for attending school directly to the families.

The data exchange between our translators, the office in Bad Reichenhall and our customers takes place only over our portal.
All of our customers' data and information are strictly confidential and that's how it'll remain.

The new portal for translators is now on-line |

Faster and safe: the on-line portal for our translators represents a huge step forward
The insecure and delayed transfer of files by email is now a thing of the past. The confidentiality of documents is guaranteed.
Immediately after the order has been placed, the particular translator can download the respective files and confirm or decline the job. The completed translation will then also be uploaded directly via the portal.
And all of this means that we can save time and concentrate on the most important task – working on your translation. |

Terminology specific to your company is stored in our web-based glossary. GlossaryQualityControl describes this procedure and how it is monitored.
- Alignment of the files to be translated with the content of the existing glossaries.
- Monitoring of correct glossary usage.
- Creating new glossaries as needed and automatic update upon the customer’s confirmation.
